Helping your homebound neighbors by delivering meals for us is easy!

Our volunteer requirements are:

• You can deliver meals on at least one weekday sometime between 11 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.
• You can pick up the meals from one of our 15 conveniently located distribution sites
• You have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• You can attend an orientation at our headquarters in East Austin. Orientations take place every Thursday from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. or by appointment.

You can also reduce your time commitment to one hour each month by starting a volunteer team with your friends and co-workers!

* NOTE: We are unable to accomodate individuals seeking to fulfill community service hours. Meals on Wheels and More is also required to run a background check on all volunteer applicants.
